Do B-Pods® work in my Keurig® system?
Our proprietary B-Pods® work exclusively with Bruvi® brewers and vice versa. Not compatible with Keurig® System or K-Cups®
Why don't B-Pods® work in other systems?
Our BV-01 brewer works exclusively with our proprietary B-Pods® because the system has been specially engineered to brew beverages within the pod (and not the machine) for hygienic brewing and no flavor cross contamination. Our B-Pods® also have a special label for automatic pod recognition. B-Pods® pack up to 40% more coffee than traditional pods ensuring a smoother, more even extraction.
Are these pods eco-friendly?
All B-Pods® are recyclable (Check to be sure your community recycles #5 plastic). Or you can simply throw them in the trash but B-Pods® are uniquely engineered to degrade faster without leaving microplastics behind. (Subject to ASTM D5526 testing)
Is single-serve coffee good for the environment?
Single-serve is actually one of the most eco-conscious ways to brew coffee. That's because brewing a single cup uses less waste - coffee, water and energy - as well as single use paper and plastic cups if you're buying from a coffee shop. Additionally, we designed B-Pods® to be both recyclable and to degrade faster in a landfill environment without leaving microplastics behind*. Please check to be sure your local community recycling service accepts #5 plastic. *Subject to ASTM D5526 testing.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping with the purchase of a Bruvi® bundle and on all purchases of $39 or more.
Where can I buy B-Pods®?
B-Pods® are exclusively available on bruvi.com. That allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings to you. For added convenience, we also offer an auto-delivery program so you can get regular shipments and never run out.
Do you offer auto delivery of B-Pods®?
Yes! We will offer an auto-delivery program for regular shipments of pods. You can decide how much and how often, and be able to buy at a discount. You can also cancel any time.
If I'm not satisfied with my brewer can I return it?
Absolutely. You have 100 days to return your brewer for full money back. You'll only cover the shipping.
What is your warranty?
The Bruvi® BV-01 brewer comes with a one year standard warranty. But if you pre-order a Bruvi® Bundle, we are adding a year two extended warranty.
Where do you ship to?
Bruvi will initially ship to all US states.
Is Bruvi® available outside of the US?
While we do plan to expand internationally, our initial sales will be in the US only. Please watch for updates on our website.
Will the machine be available in other colors?
At introduction, we will be offering Bruvi® BV-01 brewers in our signature color - a beautiful off white with charcoal and bamboo accents. We do plan to offer other colors in the future so watch for updates on bruvi.com.
Do you offer a re-usable pod so I can use my own coffee?
We do plan to offer a re-usuable pod. Watch for updates on bruvi.com.
Will I be able to order additional water filters for Bruvi® Brewer?
Yes, the same premium water filter that comes with the Bruvi® Bundle will also be offered for sale separately at bruvi.com.
Do I have to use filtered water with Bruvi®?
Water makes up about 99% of your cup of coffee, so it's important that it's free of impurities and has a balanced mineral content. That's why we include a premium water filter with our Bruvi® Bundle, and will sell replacement filters on bruvi.com.
Is the Brewer compatible with my phone?
Yes! The brewer has Wi-Fi connectivity. You can use your phone for remote brewing, easily re-order pods, access a personalized consumption dashboard and access extra features not available on the brewer's touchscreen.
