    Reviews Summary
Customers say this single-serve coffee maker produces exceptional taste and consistently hot coffee. Many reviews mention its sleek, attractive design that looks beautiful on countertops and receives compliments from guests. Users appreciate the customizable brewing options, including low acid brewing, cold brew functionality, and hotter temperature settings. Common feedback includes praise for the intuitive touch screen interface, quick brewing time, and variety of pod options from quality roasters. Frequent comments address the machine's quiet operation, ease of use, and space-saving design. While some note occasional splashing issues, pods getting stuck, and the waste bin filling quickly, most find it superior to previous machines and consistently praise the responsive customer service team.

      I love this machine!

I’ve never seen a coffee machine so high tech and easy to use. The b-cup flavors are fun to try and the machine is fun to use. I also recently set up the app and brewed my first cup from my phone! So exciting and right in time for fall!

      Consistently good

User family friendly. Consistency in coffee. When our first machine did start having a few issues the company was quick to help with a replacement.
