It’s easy to make changes at any time. You can modify your order details, skip an order, pause deliveries or cancel. Your Auto Delivery confirmation email will have a link to your order. Nope. We don’t require minimum purchase requirements, time commitments or any other restrictions. You can modify or cancel Auto Delivery at any time. However, if we have already processed an order at the time you make modifications, you will still receive that order.
If you signed up for Auto Delivery as part of purchasing the Bruvi Subscription Bundle, you committed to purchasing at least 12 boxes of B-Pods within 12 months and may not cancel your subscription until your commitment has been achieved. For more information, refer to our Terms of Service.
With the purchase of the Bruvi Subscription Bundle, you agreed to purchase a minimum of 12 boxes of B-Pods within 12 months. You are able to swap B-Pod choices or change order frequency but you must maintain the order quantity of 3 boxes until your commitment is fulfilled. Great question. Yes, a great way to ensure the best tasting coffee and extend the longevity of your brewer is regular replacement of water filters and descaling when needed. Subscriptions are based on the B-Pod variety, not the customer. So you can change or add new B-Pods but it will be considered a new Auto Delivery subscription and you will be charged based on current pricing at that time.
Auto Delivery Terms and Conditions:
When you purchase an Auto Delivery product you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the Auto Delivery duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Your Auto Deliveries will automatically renew until you cancel. If you want to cancel, change or pause your Auto Delivery, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your Auto Delivery from there. You may also do so by signing into your account on bruvi.com or contacting our Customer Care team. Note that Auto Delivery cancellations or modifications will not apply to any upcoming shipments that have already been processed. We may modify any terms of Auto Delivery, including prices, at any time. Any Auto Delivery program terms changes will become effective at the end of the then-current Auto Delivery period. Your continued use of the service after the Auto Delivery change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to the modified Auto Delivery terms.
