60 Day Risk Free Returns

We want you to love your Bruvi brewer.
That's why we offer 60 Day No Questions Asked Returns.

We want you to love your Bruvi and offer a 60 day return policy for our brewers, allowing you plenty of time to ensure that everything is just right. If you decide to return your brewer for any reason, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. The RMA is required for returns. An assigned RMA number is valid for 14 days and will expire on the 15th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products may be refused at Bruvi's discretion. You are responsibe for return shipping costs. Product must be shipped back in the original packaging (including all contents, materials and documentation). Additionally, products must be in original or as new condition to be eligible for return under this policy. Once accepted for return, we will refund your original purchase. Note that Bruvi reserves the right to charge restocking fees or deductions from the refund amount if these instructions are not followed and/or for damaged product. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion. Your credit typically will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card or payment method used to make the purchase. This policy applies only to purchases made on bruvi.com. Any purchase made from another retail website must be returned to that site.

Build Your Own Bruvi Bundle promotion returns

For purchases of the Build Your Own Bruvi Bundle promotion, our standard 60 day return policy applies to brewer returns. Unopened boxes of B-Pods that were part of that same purchase transaction may not be returned on their own. Return requirements and process is the same as outlined above.

If something is not right with any accessory you order from bruvi.com, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns of any Bruvi accessory within 30 days of order date. Please contact our customer care team with your order number and details about the product in question. We will respond promptly with a RMA number and return instructions. Product must be shipped back in original packaging (including all documentation) and in original condition. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping fees. Failure to follow these return conditions may result in additional fees or deductions from the refund amount, at Bruvi's discretion. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.. Unopened boxes of B-Pods can be returned up to 30 days from purchase at bruvi.com. We cannot accept returns of opened coffee boxes or individual B-Pods. Please contact the Bruvi customer care team with your order number to receive a RMA number and return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your purchase. Credit will typically be processed within 10-14 business days and will post to the payment method used. This policy applies only to purchases made on bruvi.com. Any purchase from another retail website must be returned to that site

B-Pods purchased as part of the Build Your Own Bruvi Bundle promotion

B-Pods that were purchased as part of the promotion are not returnable on their own. 

Bruvi Bundles or Brewers ordered and shipped to you from bruvi.com as a gift may be returned for a credit to the original form of payment within our 60 day return period. Note that we only accept returns of unopened boxes of Bruvi B-Pods within 30 days of purchase. If you decide to return your gift, please refer to the return policy above.

Limited Warranty

Bruvi® warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Bruvi® will either repair or replace, at its option, any defective product at no charge to the owner. If a replacement brewer is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement brewer may be new or reconditioned. To commence a warranty inquiry, please call (855) 701-1792 (toll free in the United States), and a customer service representative will be happy to help you. Proof of original purchase directly from Bruvi® or an authorized distributor, reseller or retailer is required. The replacement products will be warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty except as otherwise required under applicable law.

This limited warranty does not apply to the cosmetic damage or any defect resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, calcium deposits, improper or inadequate maintenance or repair by anyone other than Bruvi®, normal wear and tear, use for commercial purposes, use on electrical current or voltage other than as marked on the product, product alteration, removal or alteration of serial number, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes.

Bruvi does not warrant that its products will operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected. This limited warranty does not cover software, nor occasional errors, interruptions or breakdowns of use. Bruvi's sole liability, and your sole remedy, for breach of the limited warranty will be repair or replacement of the applicable product, or, if neither of the foregoing is reasonably available, a refund of the amount you paid, less amounts attributed to your prior use.

The determination of whether the individual product is covered under warranty will be made by Bruvi, at our sole discretion.

If we request that the Bruvi brewer be returned to us, Bruvi will pay for that shipping and will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

The terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict or modify mandatory statutory rights, if any, applicable to the sale of this product in your country of purchase.

The warranty covers only brewers purchased from bruvi.com or authorized retailers. We cannot warranty brewers purchased from other sites or unauthorized resellers.

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR ANY PERSON OR DAMAGE TO REAL OR TANGIBLE PROPERTY AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending on the state or province of purchase. Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by the use of unauthorized accessories, services performed by anyone other than Bruvi® or its authorized service providers, use of parts other than genuine Bruvi® parts, or external causes such as abuse, misuse, inappropriate power supply or acts of God.

Other Limitations

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. IN ADDITION, BRUVI® HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE BREWER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states or provinces do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending on the state or the province of purchase.

This limited warranty is not transferable unless authorized in writing by Bruvi.
