Data Deletion Requests
For data deletion requests, please do the following:
- If you have not removed the brewer from your app, please log in and do that first. Otherwise you do not need to log back into the app to do the remaining steps.
- Email mydata@bruvi.com from the same email you use to log into the app.
- Make the subject "Please Delete My App Data"
- In the body of the email, please send a screenshot of the serial number of the brewer, if you own one.
Please know that this will not delete your order history or account from bruvi.com. It will only delete app usage and brewer usage data stored on our servers.
