      Outstanding Customer Care and Coffee Maker

      Great experience with Bruvi customer care helping me trouble shoot a wireless connection problem with my My Brewer, after 3 years of flawless operation. Once it was determined that the wireless issue could not be fixed , the Bruvi rep decided it was best to replace my old Brewer with a new one at no charge.

      I already had great experiences with Bruvi's coffee varieties, ease of ordering and revising orders, variety of coffee, the Bruvi Brewer itself which is second to none, recycling options, auto delivery, and fair pricing, but this most recent experience with Bruvi customer care has solidified me being a Bruvi customer for life.

      Could ask for a better Coffee Brewer or better Coffee brewing company. :)

      Highly recommend Bruvi!

      another happy Bruvi customer

      After years of buying cups of coffee daily from a national brand, I decided it was time to bring the coffee making back home. After much research on the things I was looking for in a coffee maker I landed on Bruvi and have been very happy with the purchase. I appreciate the additional settings that allow for stronger and hotter coffee. My review would be 5 stars if the machine had the option for me to create my own custom default settings. Overall great purchase that won’t disappoint!
