Really enjoying this coffee maker!
When we received the bundle it wouldn’t power on. I contacted the company and with video proof they sent me a new one that arrived within a week. Great customer service! I just wished it worked with standard cup pods for more variety and convenience.

I like it a lot
I really like the Bruvi, I have enjoyed it very much. However there are a couple of things that took it from 5 to 4 stars. The reusable pods. $40 for 2, ok it’s unreasonably expensive fine, you only have to purchase once so no big deal. Wrong, the tab that you use to lower it into the machine is very flimsy and will be the first thing to snap, also, the machine reads that it is a refillable pod via a sticker label on the front. I have read many reviews saying the label comes off before long rendering the pod useless because the Bruvi can not read the pod and know what it is. The other issue is that anything more than an 8oz brew with the reusable pod is very watered down. I usually prefer 10oz. Anyway, I like my Bruvi but the reusable pod situation is annoying. If the pods were more reasonably priced, like $10 for two I would have no complaints. I’ve had unit for a month now and I like it better than my keurig. Coffee tastes great from this machine.
