Who doesn’t love sitting around a campfire eating s’mores? Those craveable flavors of marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker are just as yummy combined with espresso in a latte. With Bruvi and Surrup Toasted Marshmallow Simple Syrup, it’s easy. But why stop there when you can create more campfire inspired coffee beverages? Whether you’re actually on vacation or sitting around your own backyard, any of these beverages will evoke a campfire vibe.
For all of these recipes, feel free to adjust the amount of syrup, espresso and milk to your particular taste.
S’Mores Latte
Use your favorite Bruvi espresso B-Pod and Surrup Toasted Marshmallow Simple Syrup to make a tasty s’mores latte, hot or iced.
Ingredients

2 oz shot of espresso (we like Poppy Hill Full Bloom espresso or Spellbinder Espresso Forte)

1 tbsp Toasted Marshmallow Surrup
-
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
-
¾ cup of your favorite milk, steamed for hot latte

For garnish: mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs
-
For iced latte, ice cubes
Directions
For hot latte

Pour the Toasted Marshmallow Surrup and chocolate syrup into a large mug

Pour in the espresso shot and stir well
-
Add the steamed milk
-
Garnish, with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs
Tip: Serve with graham crackers for dipping
For iced latte

Follow the first three steps above

Pour the syrup espresso mixture into a tall glass filled with ice

Cinnamon Campfire Latte
This variation uses Cinnamon Bun Surrup and Toasted Marshmallow Syrups for the taste of a cinnamon roll warmed over a campfire.

Campfire Vanilla Latte
This latte combines sweet creamy vanilla with marshmallow for another indulgent treat. Great on a cool evening, whether or not you’re in front of a fire.

Campfire Mocha
Similar to a S’mores latte but this one uses hot cocoa mix and brewed coffee. Any Bruvi coffee B-Pod works but something with chocolate notes like Spellbinder French Roast, Joe Coffee Amsterdam or Poppy Hill Happy Camper are great picks.

3-4 oz brewed coffee B-Pod

½ cup of your favorite milk

2 tbsp hot cocoa mix
-
1 tbsp Toasted Marshmallow Surrup

For garnish: whipped cream, chocolate shavings or graham cracker crumbs
Directions

Warm the milk in a saucepan on the stove until hot but not boiling. Or steam milk in a frother.

Whisk in the hot cocoa mix until blended and smooth

Brew coffee B-Pod into a large mug

Stir the marshmallow syrup into the coffee

Add the milk/cocoa mixture
