This works really well. Using it with our go-to coffees. Nice to have in case we run out of B pods.
4 instead of 5 stars because it seems fragile at the hinge points. Nothing has broken, but for $20 a pop I would expect a more sturdy product. Also, it is unnecessarily hard to find on the website.

I like having the option to still have ground coffee once in a while. It's easy to use and clean. I agree with the earlier reviews. A stainless steel version would be nice down the road.

I just recently got a Bruvi and would like to use my own organic coffee but I don't like the idea of the plastic reusable pod. I know they are BPA free but can you make a stainless steel version?!?!?1

I wanted to love you. Really. You came with a promise of environmentally friendly re-uasble plastics as an alternative to daily disposable plastic pods. I give you credit, you do try very hard to hold up your end of this relationship, but you are just too messy for me. You have a habit of popping open either mid-brew or near the end of brewing and leaving a mess of hot rinds and errant coffee splashes all over the inside and outside of my Bruvi machine. Regrettably, I just don't think relationship is going to work.

We’re so sorry that you’re having doubts about this relationship and appreciate your efforts to make it work. And we admit that the reusable pods can be a bit temperamental. But if you’re still open to it, after conferring with one of our counselors- I mean Customer Care agents- we have a suggestion for how to get the most of our your reusable pods. First, they respond best when filled with medium coarse ground coffee (not too fine) and if they are not overfilled. It’s our experience that overfilling them may cause them to flip open.
Having said all of that, you may instead be ready to move on. If so, we’d love to introduce you to our assortment of coffee B-Pods which offer their own charming characteristics.
