I love my Bruvi and I love the coffee. I have tried various flavors and I don't have a bad word to say about any of them. I am particularly partial to the dark roasts. Sometimes dark roast can be bitter but this is not the case with the dark roasts I have tried.
You will not be disappointed with this machine or the products. I have to also add that the customer service is excellent! If you have a problem they will work to find a solution. They want you to be satisfied and I am.

I absolutely love my Bruvi! The coffee is consistently amazing, the machine is incredibly easy to use, and I honestly don’t think I could ever go back to another coffee maker. The pods are also cheaper than Nespresso and you get more pods per box, which makes it even better.
What really sets Bruvi apart, though, is their customer service. I recently had an issue and reached out for help, and the experience could not have been better. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that not only makes a product you love, but also stands behind it with equally great service.
Between the quality of the coffee, the convenience, the value of the pods, and the exceptional customer service, Bruvi has absolutely earned a customer for life. If you’re debating getting one—do it. Best coffee maker I’ve owned, hands down!

I absolutely love this Bruvi coffee maker! It combines a sleek, attractive design with the kind of convenience that makes brewing a great cup of coffee incredibly easy. The variety of coffee pods gives me plenty of options, and the coffee itself tastes excellent.
I also really like the touch controls—they’re simple, responsive, and give the machine a modern feel. The spent-pod container is another thoughtful feature because it holds several used pods and is easy to remove and clean.
The one thing to be aware of is that the machine is designed for Bruvi pods, so other brands aren’t compatible. I’m purchasing the adapter so I have the flexibility to use other pods as well. Aside from that limitation, I’m extremely happy with this coffee maker. It looks great, is easy to use and maintain, and makes enjoying a good cup of coffee wonderfully convenient.
