I requested a new water filter kit after I couldn’t get the original one I received to stay in the slot in the water tank. I realized once I received the new one that this is because the filter is “stuck” in place by a removable rubber band. I must have inadvertently thrown this away on the original. I’m not a big fan of this design but otherwise have no complaints about the water filter.
