Great!
Love this so much more then the keurig I used to have- which stopped working completely after about a year. Less expensive then the pods you keep in the freezer and bottles of cold brew take up too much fridge space. Pour over is too messy, constantly cleaning up coffee grounds off the counter. The coffee tastes great and as a bonus I can get just a cup hot water for tea, probably going to shelve my standalone tea kettle.

Awesome!!
You can judge this book by it's cover. Not only is it very attractive, it allows complete control over your brew so you get that cup of coffee the way you like it every time.
I had a small issue with my brewer after about a year and a half. I called support and not only did I get a real person, I actually got ahold of a nice and knowledgeable real person and was off the call and brewing in no time.

Believe the reviews
We've owned all the other pod based coffee makers and this leaves them all in the dust. When I dont feel like making an espresso on my big machine just to make an Americano, I always reach for the Bruvi. And my wife loves using the low acid setting on her decaf pods. Just a total win. We actually bought a 2nd one for use on our boat.
