I like the machine and all the variety of drinks it can make. My only dislike is the machine splatters after it is done brewing. I have to put a napkin on the bottom so it doesn’t get my counter wet. You can see on the pic (it’s dried now) how the coffee splatters from the machine onto the counter. Yes, I did use a standard sized coffee cup.

Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. It is common to see a few splatters. It's something our engineering team continues to work on. Using a taller cup is definitely a help. Bruvi brews an excellent cup of coffee. The touch screen is intuitive and easy to use. The reusable capsules are a nice option for your favorite ground coffee. Just clean them soon after use or the grounds turn into concrete. The pods are as delicious as they are convenient. I enjoyed my Nespresso Vertuo machines coffee quality. But they required replacement too quickly. Time will tell, but the Bruvi seems to be well constructed. The only negative I've encountered is the used pod bin. It doesn't hold many pods so it needs to be dumped often. Plus it's one piece, so dumping pods isn't easy without dumping overflow coffee from the bottom of the bin.

A hint for emptying the pod waste bin - if you're not already doing this - it's easiest to first remove the drip tray, then pull out the waste bin. You can then easily empty/wash out both.
