The best coffee maker I've owned
I really love this single pot coffee maker. It is the best coffee maker I've ever had and I've had many brands and some that cost a lot more. I'm so picky about this that I want to find a dust cover for it. Also, the coffee has good flavor.

Great Customer Service
My Bruvi, which I've only had for just under two years, recently started malfunctioning, possibly after a recent power surge. Within minutes after giving specific details of the issues to the customer service team, I received an email confirming the shipment of a free replacement. It's possible mine was still under warranty, but it made my day nonetheless!
Also, if you ever need to replace yours, make sure to check with your local Staples to see if they can recycle your old one for you.

Bravo Bruvi
My Bruvi stopped working. I was so sad. It made the perfect coffee. I called customer service and they explained how to fix the problem. Didn't work. After 3 different tries, I called them to order another Bruvi Coffee Machine. They said they would send out asap. I had my CC ready. They told me THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. No Charge. Not only is the coffee fantastic, Customer Service, YOU ROCK!!!!
