Cara Cara oranges are sweeter, juicier, less acidic, with a soft pink interior. By using Cara Cara puree as the base of this syrup, the flavor is rounder, riper, and noticeably more interesting than standard orange juice or concentrate. Try it in cold brew or a shot of espresso with a splash of tonic for a delicious pick me up. Or make an orange creamsicle matcha latte (hint: include a splash of vanilla syrup to bring out that creamsicle flavor). Add it to Prosecco for a tasty mimosa or mix with sparkling water for a refreshing orange soda.
