This is the purple latte everyone's talking about! If you’ve been looking for an ube latte recipe, you’ve come to the right place. With Bruvi and Portland Syrups, it’s easy to create your own homemade ube latte.
First, What is Ube?
Ube is a Philippine purple yam with a beautiful purple hue that is definitely having a moment. The flavor is a little creamy, a little vanilla with a nutty finish and a bit of earthiness.
It’s delicious in both coffee and matcha lattes, and also pairs nicely with coconut and lemonade or lime flavors.
