I have been on the search for a Keurig replacement since mine was well over 10 years old and it would not make a proper cup (ounce wise) of coffee. I saw this on Amazon and was reading how it works, the pods used and how you get more coffee in them which is ALWAYS a plus. I decided to pull the trigger on this maker.
Upon arrival, I opened up the box (total of 3 until I got to the maker) and saw the maker in a canvas style bag and thought, this is great! I promptly set up the maker and app and paired the 2 and set up brewing for the AM .
I cannot say enough good things about this brewer and company!!! Top notch!!!

I’ve been a Bruvi user since it first started, the Home Screen stopped working so I left a message and same day a young lady called and with a great response delivered a new inspected Bruvi maker replacement at no cost. It looks so nice on my coffee bar—sleek, modern, and just fits the vibe. It’s ridiculously easy to use, and the iced coffee button has been getting a workout this summer.
The biggest surprise? The matcha pods. I didn’t think I’d love them as much as I do, but they’re delicious and such a fun change from coffee. And I really appreciate that Bruvi has built sustainability into what they’re doing—it makes me feel good about using it every day.
